Refund Policy
At Jeevi Academy, we aim to provide quality IT training and ensure customer satisfaction. Below is our refund policy regarding course fees for both online and offline programs.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed under the following circumstances:
- The course has been canceled by Jeevi Academy.
- The participant has withdrawn from the course at least 7 days before the course start date.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Once access to an online course has been provided, no refunds will be issued.
- No refunds will be issued if the participant has already attended an offline class or session.
- Failure to attend or participate in a scheduled course will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Process
If a refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed through the same payment method used during enrollment.
- The refund may take up to 10-14 business days to reflect in your account.
4. Payment Discrepancies
- In case of any payment discrepancies or issues during online transactions, participants must contact Jeevi Academy within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
